Those of you that know us well know that we have a wizard in the kitchen. Head chef Simon would like to show off his full set of culinary skills with a 4-course Thai themed menu, inspired by his travels in Asia! Limited places and tables must be booked in advance.

Childrens meals will be served up until 6.30pm. Our coaches will be out in the park all evening to keep any little ones amused.

Hand made grilled Chiang Mai aromatic sausage with cucumber salad and mango salsa

Fish Course

Hot and Sweet Scallop

Pan fried scallop in a red Thai curry sauce with coriander foam

Main Course

Panang chicken

Marinated chicken supreme with a panang sauce, crushed peanuts, tomato salsa and jasmine rice 

Dessert

Thai Custard

Mango and Kaffir set custards, lychee PΓ’te de fruits, macerated mango and coconut tuilles
